A story of two, like so many others before them, cursed to be apart. His past mistakes on the cusp of catching up to him. Some of which will tie her to his impending doom. In an attempt to protect her, he furthers himself as much as he can from her in order to assure her safety. And when the time comes, he makes the ultimate sacrifice. And so, her safety is assured. Even villains have good sides, it's just impractical for authors to show it.
lyrics
Hello, are you there? Can you hear me? Are you scared?
You knew this would come. The day I would call.
You’d answer we’d talk; it’d be the last thing before I’d end it all.
So humor me now, cause I’ve got a few things.
I must get off my chest before I’ll be at rest and be in my own peace.
And can you forget all the bad things that I’ve done in my life?
All the hardship and strife I’ve caused so much it seems.
And can you just hear me now? Look passed my flaws
See the part that’s all walled in I keep underneath.
Near the end I can see now that.
We’re all wrong, in the end we find we’re right back where we had began
And I say we’re all wrong. In the end our time is up we know.
Cause I know that I’m out of time, all these clocks hands, they have aligned
What I need now is someone to hear me say, these words as I fade away.
We’re all wrong, in the end we find we’re right back where we had began
And I say we’re all wrong. In the end our time is up we know.
Cause I know that I’m out of time, all these clocks hands, they have aligned
What I need now is someone to hear me say, Yeah.
Cause I know that. I’m out of time, all these clocks hands, they have aligned.
What I need now, is someone to hear me say.
What I need now, is for you to hear me say.

I the mighty are great guys who we have had the pleasure of sharing the stage with. And who we have watched grow since we discovered them in early 2012. They are making waves now. But soon - tsunamis. The Few.
We haven't (yet) played with these dudes but we can feel the authenticity in their music & we respect the hell out of that. Very honest and true music. Jamming them on tour. The Few.
Another band we're glad we shared the stage with. Met Matt years ago when his first project from NJ came through STL and we hit it off. Now just waiting till the next time we can tour together again. The Few.
